More space for frozen food

Project: Construction of a new cold storage facility connected to the main building

The task was to build and insulate a new cold storage facility. This would expand storage capacity and prevent any interruption in the cold chain. The new cold storage facility also had to be connected to the main building.

The new silo-style building provides Freiberger Lebensmittel GmbH with additional storage capacity, enabling it to easily meet the growing demand for frozen food. The conversion also makes it possible to handle goods more quickly without interrupting the cold chain. The insulated bridge connects the new cold storage facility with the main building.
