Packaging warehouse and cold storage facility in one

Project: Construction of a new cold storage and packaging materials warehouse

More space and a new cold storage facility—the Fude + Serrahn dairy in Coesfeld needed to increase its storage capacity and minimize energy costs.

A three-part warehouse was created, consisting of a cold storage room, a packaging materials warehouse, and a transport corridor. In addition to expanding storage capacity for finished products and packaging materials, the packaging warehouse is now also equipped for later use as a cold storage facility. Energy costs were reduced through optimal insulation.
